Any business needs to consider this question. Currently I’m taking a class for Brokers and Owners of their own company called Momentum. The name of the class isn’t important so much as the content. The class is geared towards helping RE/MAX owners grow and improve their companies. The first class centered around building a brand. Obviously we have a “brand” because RE/MAX sells more real estate than anybody. The brand is this case is the culture of the office, the vision, the mission statement, and what we stand for. I knew what our values were but I’ve never had to put it on paper. This was a great exercise because it helped clarify my focus on how and what sort of agents we want to be known for.
So who are we? We are small local office with outstanding agents, cutting edge technology,pro-active marketing, a positive environment, and superior systems to help our clients achieve success. Everybody wins. The customer gets the “local” treatment because I assure we care about our clients just as much or more than agents that pride themselves as being independent or mom and pop operations. However, our clients get the advantage of having brand recognition and tools in addition to superior service. Our mission is to make our clients more money while saving their time so they have better quality of life. Everybody wins. If that’s what you want from your agent and company call us.
