We found Brandon through a realtor referral service. Our experience with this service was eerily similar to one of the commercials they have running now. In the commercial, the seller says their home was on the market for a year. But after using a different realtor suggested by their service, it sold quickly. In our case, we had tried selling our home twice previously, each time with a six month listing.
