5 Star Review: We found Brandon through a realtor referral service. Our experience with this service was eerily similar to one of the commercials they have running now. In the commercial, the seller says their home was on the market for a year. But after using a different realtor suggested by their service, it sold quickly. In our case, we had tried selling our home twice previously, each time with a six month listing. When we decided to try again this year, we interviewed three realtors, two of whom were recommended by the service. We selected Brandon Hoffman, one of the service’s suggestions. Our house sold within one week. Same house, same location, same price. The big difference was realtor. We enjoyed working with Brandon and his staff and are happily settling into our new home.
5 Star Review: I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon and Courtney when looking for my home in Irmo, S.C. From day 1 they were extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing they were there quickly handling any issues that may have risen.
