Kenwood is located off of Midway Road at Kenwood Drive.  The other roads in the neighborhood include Birch Terrace Court, Charles Court, Corley Manor Court, Holly Leaf Lane, John Preston Court, John Preston Drive, and Persimmon Tree Road.  There are approximately 131 lots in this neighborhood.

Within Lexington School District One, the children of Kenwood attend Midway Elementary (Grades K-5), Meadow Glen Middle School, and River Bluff High School.
