Chestnut Hill Plantation is a wonderful community located on Lost Creek Drive not far from Harbison State Park. Tucked out of sight along the Broad River, it is tantalizingly close to everything that is wonderful about Columbia. Chestnut Hill Plantation is close to shopping and restaurants on Harbison Blvd. Chestnut Hill Plantation is close to I-26 making it convenient to downtown Columbia.
The majority of homes in this neighborhood were built between 1995 and 2010. The primary builders were Mungo Homes, Beazer Homes, Wickersham, Centax, as well as a few custom builders.
Today over 600 families consider Chestnut Hill their home. They are spread out over eleven (11) separate neighborhoods, set on rolling terrain, and sheltered by an abundance of trees.
